We'd been trying to offer service plans for years but never got a system in place to make it easy, it was all very manual. It has been too complicated to set up and manage to really be worthwhile. 

Simplified's Service Plans tool made it incredibly easy. We created tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) in about an hour. Then integrated with our payment provider, and launched. The automated billing through Stripe means we're not chasing payments every month.

We’re just starting to get our first customers signed up and can’t wait to roll the products back to our existing database.
